"Reece was very responsive and gave freely of his time answering all my questions in person when he came round and then promptly provided a quote for my concrete tile roof repair and painting.

Josh did a great job of the actual cleaning, repair work and painting and his communication was excellent. He even removed my old aerial mast, replaced the tiles with the holes in them and disposed of mast for me. Very good service!

"After a previous series of hatchet job renovations conducted by the prior owners of our home, Reece & team did a great job of remediating this and have left us with a shiny new roof. Where we'd previously wake up in the morning with puddles on our kitchen floor and damp patches on the ceiling at the merest whiff of rain, we've been blasted with rain, wind and thunder over the past few weeks and have stayed dry as a bone. It's nice to once again hear rain on the roof without feeling any anxiety!"

"Reece and Jessie and the guys were a fantastic team.

Our roof replacement went smoothly despite replacing 100 year old clay tiles with color steel and timber replacement was required along the way. Nothing was a problem.

Competitive quote via Roof Buddy, would recommend their services too. Spending that much money can be nerve wracking when you hear of the horror stories. We had no such concerns at all. The guarantees provided are very reassuring.

"We had our concrete tile roof refurbished. It was in pretty rough shape as it was orginal 30 plus years old and it was a challenging rood - high with a 45 degree pitch. I suspect a lot of other companies woudl have turned their back on our job. The job was completed to a high quality and now looks fantastic. Josh, who did our job, and the team at Rood Repair Specialists were really easy to deal with. Friendly, helpful and reliable. Rate them very highly."

"A few months ago we contacted this company to inspect what we knew to be a soon leaky roof. We also contacted another roofing company at the same time that failed to get back to us.
Reece came and gave us a quote and spent about an hour at our house answering all our questions and explaining exactly what would need to take place (a reroof) and the process involved. Also gave us a couple of addresses they had done recent jobs at we could have a look at and also their supplier address we could also go to.
After seeing the standard of the work Roof Repair Specialists had done and visiting their iron supplier, we engaged them to do our reroof, which subsequently happened this Thursday and Friday over two days.
Reece and his two colleagues worked very hard and did a great job, were delightful to talk to, and did a great job at cleaning up each day when finished.
At the end Reece also made sure to explain about the warranties and also how to maintain our roof in the future.
We now have a new roof which looks great and will keep us dry for many years to come.
They also removed our chimney for an extremely reasonable cost which used to have annoying drips down it when it rained heavy.
Paying in four payments was clear and easy, with very clear payment dates and details.
It could have been a very stressful experience, but Reece and his crew, including his lovely office lady, made it a breeze.
Just this afternoon two roofers who were walking by stopped to admire the roof and were very impressed.
We highly recommend this company. :-)"

"When initially got quote was told effort was 3 days in 3 person. However only one turned up and job was completed in 14hrs. I trusted these guys as the experts to be fair and reasonable but in the end paid a ridiculous amount for a much simpler job. Ended up paying $400ph!!!"

"Is always daunting to know that you need to have the roof repaired, or in our case, have the whole roof replaced. We knew it was coming up and had a quote by another company a couple of years ago. Was nice to have Roof Repair come under that, and with a better quality produce. Reece and Tyler kept up up to date with changes, and let us know what was happening on site. Gosh! where to start...from the time I applied on Roof Repairs website November 2019 to this day he has kept in contact with me.
Just for a quote then contacting me asap I was impressed. Then meeting up with Reece at my home we had a talk then he was up on my roof inspecting it, saying just needs a few repairs replace fixings, rust treat and re seal flashings where needed replace cleat sheet on my garage. Then having to paint my house and garage roof and the garage door, I couldn't pick the right colour but Reece gave me good advice and I went with it.

"This is a young team of skilled roofers who impressed us with their communication, work ethic and understanding of safety.

We meet Reece at the Auckland homeshow. He talked with us about the roof and the process involved with getting it painted. He also talk about was it the right choice. we have an iron roof which may be overdue with rust.

The following week Reece meet us at our home. After the assessment he was to say they won't be painting the roof. Re roofing was the only solution... another roof company only just last week quoted us for a paint. What made us take Reece's advice, even been 4 times the price of the painting quote was he said "if it was able to be painted, he'd paint it.... better margin" with a big smile.

Once the team started ripping off the roof it was quick to see painting was going to be a waste of money.

Reece and the team had a few delays with bad weather. The job took 5 broken days interested of 3 which after seeing how difficult it can be, trying to be safe and get it done with a tradesman quality of work.

The guys take pride in what they do with a positive vibe that was awesome to see. Reece and his team I'd highly recommend to anyone

"A friend of ours had recommended me and my husband to engage roof repair specialists to take on our re roof project in Parnell.

From calling on a Friday was delighted to find Reece was able to meet with us the following day! We received quotation on Monday. With been very prompt and a good understanding of what was needed in our project. We accepted the job to have done within the next 8 weeks. Just a bit over 8 weeks later Reece and his team of 4 get stuck in. After 5 days of sun and rain the job was completed.

"Good experience. Met with them at a Trade Show - they were actually the Company who had just re-done my neighbours roof so I had seen they work first hand. Got a quote to me quickly, got an amendment to me based on changes I wanted quickly. Supplies arrived, the workers arrived, they did the job quickly and well. It rained heavily for 2-days after so I was able to check out the workmanship in the loft cavity first hand.

Only issue would be communication - it was always a bit last minute. Weather was bad so I assumed they wouldn't show up - had to call to confirm.

Overall, very happy, would recommend them."
