"There is a good reason we keep going back to Tim. He's excellent at his craft, with an eye for detail and the knowledge to back it up.
He's done big jobs in tricky situations for us like a 36sq m deck on a slope, and small jobs such as fixing rotted weatherboard.
Regardless of the size of the job, he has stood out in his ability to provide cost options for a solution and then complete it to utter perfection. And his great yarns."

"Fantastic work & highly recommend! Tim repaired some rotten window sills and replaced some rubber window seals for us. His work ethic is great & the quality & attentional to detail superb! I called Tim after seeing some photos of other work he had done, & he definitely exceeded expectations. Can be trusted to do very thorough work, great communication & a tradesman who turns up when he says he will! Would definitely call on again."

"Work completed - new deck requiring architectural drawings/council consent due to height issues etc. Rot repair to front door/sill and related timbers.
We are extremely impressed with the quality of work, commitment to communication, problem solving, and thoroughness of Tim's work. He is also an exceptionally nice person and a pleasure to have working on our deck. We look forward to him doing further work for us in the near future.
Only delays were weather related."

"We have used Tim in the past and found him to be a very honest and friendly person and easy to deal with. He is brilliant at his work. On this occasion he replaced a rotten window sill on a double window with a new one he made up in his workshop. We had tried to get other builders to do the work but they were either not interested or too busy.
Tim is also undertaking new wall insulating in a large bedroom of our 1920's house requiring him to liase with architects and the WCC and commence… insulating. It's quite delicate work as their is a Carrara ceiling to deal with but he has been doing a fantastic job."

"Tim was great to work with; easy and effective communication, on time, the work took as long as he quoted for and the finish is great.
The job Tim came to do could have been one of those jobs that ended up being infeasible (fixing a clashing cavity slider, worst case they needed replacement) and hence required flexibility in the scope. Tim's idea worked to solve the problem worked and it has turned out great.
I won't hesitate to use Tim for other work."

Founded by Tim Henderson on his return to NZ in 2018 we have gone from strength to strength growing from small maintenance jobs to high end residential construction.
