"I rarely leave reviews, but this one felt necessary.
I wanted to transform our outdated bathroom into something more open and modern, and after asking around, we chose Scott and now I understand why everyone speaks so highly of him.
Midway through, unexpected structural damage and drainage issues came up, but Scott and his team resolved them quickly and professionally.
Every stage — from demolition through to the final details — was carried out thoughtfully and with solid attention to quality. I’ve seen many builders in Auckland, but Scott stands out for one key reason: trust.
This was a bathroom, but we’ll DEFINITELY be calling them again for larger-scale project !"

"Scott and the team at Seaview Construction just did an outstanding job of tidying up a bank at my property. They were very prompt in responding and coming out to do a site visit. Their recommendation for what the best thing to do to secure and plant the bank was excellent and pragmatic. They undertook the work quickly and checked in to make sure I was happy. Excellent in every way - I highly recommend and will use again in the future."

"I cannot recommend Seaview highly enough. Ian's questions about my grounds gave me confidence that he would do a good job - and he did. He didn't hesitate to confirm what was needed. And did the lawns as well, which I had not asked for originally but was really appreciated. On finding 3 bird's nests in the ficus, worked around them. A satisfied customer."

"Great, fast, top quality service! Scott came to fix a leak in our roof and did a fantastic job. He was open and honest about the work needed with good suggestions of options, super fast turn around and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend him. He is now our go to guy! Thank you Scott!!"

"Scott renovated our main bathroom and it looks beautiful! Everything is brand new and we are so happy with it. Looks like a totally different room. It was done in a very short time frame as we had a party booked in at home which I wanted it completed for. Great work!"
