    "We have had numerous small tasks carried out by these guys. This is the third time I have lodged a review - they don't like my reviews so complain about them.

    The quality of the work is fine. The attitude and billing is inconsistent. The time to complete is generally OK. Billing for the guy waiting in his van after he's finished is a bit off. we paid over an hour on one occasion for less than one hours work "but the GPS shows his van was there:"

    We use them because they are handy - there are other options."

    "Job was to install a bathroom heater. Job was booked in on a Friday but was told late in the day they could not make it.

    I was the charged a $90 fee for a call out fee on the following Monday

    The tradesman did not use best practice. Thus costing me and extra $110. For the wire run
    The owner of this company refuses to make contact with me to address my concerns about the work done.
    The time booked on the Job is also not for the time they were here thus costing me Even more.
    It would appear this company is out to rip off its customers with total disregard.

    A total of over $500 for one and a half Hrs work to install a plug in point.

    "I will only ever reluctantly use Shove / Laser again.

    This was a job that I could have done, but the law says a sparky has to do it. Not only that, it is a job I could have done in about 20 minutes. True I did have a second (minor) job to do, but in all we were billed over an hour for a sparky who seemed to spend most of the time on the phone asking me what to do, or laughing at the light fittings we have.

    Queried the time, and was simply told the GPS had him there for that time.

    OK. Next time I need a sparky I will look for one who believes in fair charging."

    "There was a slight problem, but once this was recognised, it was dealt with promptly and efficiently by another staff memebr, so no complaints, and will happily use again. Without the glitch, it would have been perfect. But the glitch was perfectly handled."
