    "I recommend Sika to 'mum and dad' investors! With compliance my rental needed moisture barrier, but a contractor found a minor leak from an asbestos pipe. I had no success in finding a company to even reply to my contact, which became quite stressful. Last year Jared and his team installed new spouting at the rear of the property. I contacted him, he put my mind at rest and made the simple 'fix' to the leak. I also asked Sika to replace the spouting at the front of the unit. A contented… customer."
