    "Debbie & John Simmiss are responsible for the Enviroflow waste treatment system. I have regretted spending money on this since the day it was installed. Numerous pump failures and now two badly leaking tanks later the company has gone into receivership and they have taken no responsibility for their shoddy product. Numerous broken promises, blaming everything under the sun (including earthquakes in Auckland!) and no satisfaction. I am faced with a $14K repair bill and these people carry on… trading as if nothing has happened. It is long past time the law got tough with company directors who shut companies down only to rise again and cause more suffering."

    "needed two visits-a return visit to complete the job, after we pointed out that there was still a leak occurring, until I queried this we were being charged for the return visit, but me querying this led to charges being reduced. IMHO, shouldn't have been charged for return visit in the first place-job hadn't been fully attended to on first visit. charges reduced now, so I'm happier. "
