    "After numerous ph calls I have had enough and am going to the commerce commission to complain. You see I have a portable phone which interferes with my sky decoder. I was told by sky to buy a new phone which i did. They did not say to buy a phone with a different frequency to the last one or even what the frequency was that I should look for. I have now been told about 4 times that a team leader will call me back about the problem within 72 hours. This has never happened. I have had to call them back every time. I have had a technician out 2 or 3 times now which has cost me time off work just to be told the same thing over again. They say its my problem. There must be thousands of others around NZ with the same problem. I would like you to let me know on this site. Sky service sucks. This is what a monopoly does for NZ. I had very poor service right from the start when the techo came in to connect it up in the first place with his boots on, on the carpet. He got 1 channel going gave me the remote and walked out. I have 4 channels not going which i am being charged for (but not paying for until sorted). I have been told that I have to disconnect my phone if I want to watch Channels 3,13,21,& another one. Get real SKY!!!! Im not turning off my phone every time I want to watch these channels. Sort it out!!!

    "When first ordered a package from this business, many things went wrong (cannot remember the date). We were unable to make movie bookings and it took a few days before someone was able to come around to have a look. One did arrive and started doing something and thought it was sorted, but wasn\'t. Again we had to wait for a few days. Finally a call came stating that the problem was not at our home, it was from their main office. During this whole thing, we had to ring up whenever we wanted a movie booked. It was a nuisance, as after 10pm when we decide we\'d book one but cannot because their office is closed. They gave us a 0800 number for after 10pm bookings but it didn\'t even do the job- just an answering machine. So when we do ring up, their staff are quite rude/smart. They\'re not professional and full of criticisms. Not a good start at all. Then they offered us Rialto channel for free for a month and if we decide to keep it we have to ring them. We never did which means we don\'t want it. But they charged us for it there on and kept it running, even though we never called them to say we want it. Terrible......"
