  "Lane and his team initially renovated our bathroom, toilet and laundry. The job was finished in a timely fashion and to a high standard. Lane offered good advice and we were so pleased with the completed work that we asked Cut Above Builders to renovate our kitchen. This involved total gutting and remodelling. Lane organised and managed everything from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Cut Above Builders."

  "Builder was prompt, replaced a shower panel provided by company while I was at work, arrived home and panel was damaged and told that it was damaged on van but put on regardless, returned to repair and damaged it again so third time lucky was a successful job. I also needed part of floor replaced for a leak (at same time). Was charged for three journeys and 2 and half days labour (even though sean only there max of 8 hours!) on invoice and when queried it firm replied that they had charged 5… hours too much labour, one day too much travel but that they had forgotten to add materials on? obviously to make the shortfall? so the final bill is actually more than the original bill. Sean was happy to return the final two times and polite on phone but wished he had got the job right first time and been truthful with the time charged out."

  "I used CutAbove Builders to build my house last year and I have nothing but praise for the job they did. The house was finished to a very high standard and at no time did I have problems with communication. Lane went out of his way to make sure I was informed every time a potential glitch came up(which wasn\'t very often and must happen on every build) and together we worked very well. I would have no hesitation in using them again if I needed any work done. As this is a new business I would… have expected a few teething problems but Lane is very particular and very aware that he needs to provide quality building work on every job."
