  "It is a wonder Smith and Smith are in service in Auckland as it took me two goes to get someone to answer the phone and then the women couldn't help me, but took my details and said someone would call me back - of which no one did!"

  "This has to be the worst service I have ever had. I got put through to a call centre after waiting on hold for about 15 minutes. Then got my job booked in, no one turned up the next day. Then had the office call and book for the day after and the glazier called and rebooked the next day! 0/10 for me! Great quality workmanship but shoddy service."

  "There was a huge lack of communication between the person who measured the glass, the urgency of the job, and the administration staff. They didnt turn up at all when we were promised they were going to be there. They mentioned that the glass was ready, but it took us to ring them to ask them when they were going to come, to find out the glass was not ready. For most trades people, it would be considerably helpful if they can have a closer estimation of time because as the customer, we are also… spending our time and 'waiiting' on the other end, and not able to proceed with our day. To waste a whole day waiting is pure inconsideration."
