    "Outstanding!!! I cannot say enough good things about Shay and his service. He has done numerous plumbing jobs at our house, most recently Oct/Nov 2013. Fixed the broken storm pipes feeding our tank water; did emergency repairs to water pipes in the house; replaced disposal, etc. And when was the last time you received a quote and the tradesman completed the job faster and much less than the quote? Shay is the best!"

    "Excellent job by Shay and his apprentice, fixed the leaks in the kitchen and he went to the trouble sources a replacement supply hose for the tap even when the manufacturer would not supply. He brought in numerous ones to try to get a fit. Also fixed up a sink plug issue caused by the previous plumber. He turns up when he say\'s or if running late will let you know, and does return phone calls when you leave a message. I think he does a great job and provides value for money, will definitely… book again for our next job."

    "Shay was absolutely brilliant. Our hot water cylinder burst late on Friday night Friday 13th. We turned all the power and the water pump off to stop the flood of water coming out. We found his details in the local directory and first thing Saturday morning. He came straight round, diagnosed the problem, gave us a price and then carried out the work. After coming back from soccer in the early afternoon it was all done. No fuss, no mess, fantastic! He was friendly, efficient and explained… things in a non-jargon way. I would recommend him any time. Superb work and customer service."

    "Shay took care of a water pump problem; if he was diligent, professional, easy to deal with & friendly, he had to sub-contract part of the work on the pump itself, and the follow up & delivery by the said contractor was a bit slow too my liking. However the job was properly executed & reasonably priced. I also felt that the invoice could have been more detailed. But overall, I am satisfied with SMS Plumbing. One of the best thing was that Shay explained what he was checking, the… reasons of the issues on the pump, etc. So I always felt comfortable I knew what was happening. And for my next plumbing needs, I will most certainly call Shay back."
