  "I needed some electrical work done in our home and chose Stam as he had great comments on No Cowboys. He was excellent, friendly, polite and work was done efficiently and to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in having Stam back again and have already told him I will when we have some renovations to our house.   "I found Stam on the No Cowboys site and since then he\'s done quite a few jobs for us, the latest to fix a major error by another electrician who lived in the area we were building our new house and was recommended to us. Stam was able to give us good advice on how to proceed and sorted out a solution. He\'s also done all the wiring for the new house.   "I have had two electrical repair jobs done by Stam in the last year and have been very happy with the results. In the most recent job, a faulty light fitting, Stam took the rather ancient light fitting away and repaired it at home replacing parts, and then returned and re fitted it. Most electricians would simply have said it was non-repairable. An earlier job required replacing wiring and elements in a stove. This was done promptly and was reasonably priced."

He was extremely knowledgeable reagrding replacement fittings and only replaced parts after checking for alternative reasons for them not working.   "I was referred to SSM by my light fittings retailer to fit some new lights I'd bought. SSM rang promptly and set up an appointment. Ours is an older house and installing the new fittings was not straightforward, but Stam quickly worked out how to get around the old features of the house. He worked quickly through repairs of old fittings; installed new fittings and put in new sockets despite difficulties of having to up in the roof and get access under the house.   "What an absolute pleasure to deal with! Stam is living proof that there are still honest, hard working tradesman out there. Stam fitted us an outside socket and advised on the best options for outside lighting, as we were about to have the garden landscaped. I arranged for Stam to install the outdoor lighting at a time advised by the landscapers, but they had not fully completed that area when Stam arrived and so he had to return at a later date to complete the lighting. He did this without… any complaint or extra charge. He also repaired a bathroom vanity light at no extra cost.
  
  I cannot recommend this gentleman high enough, and won't be using anyone else in future.

  "First time I have used SSM Electrical and found this to be an excellent customer experience, called at 10am Monday morning and they had spare afternoon slot and was able to do Job at 12 midday. Quote done on spot and was finished within time frame. Charged for only time that was there an hour and a half.   "After waiting three months for our usual sparky to complete this small non-urgent job on our rental property, I turned to nocowboys as an alternative. I rang Stam on Monday morning, the job was complete by Tuesday afternoon. Can't ask for better than that! The bill was very reasonable, tenant is happy and we will definitely change to Stam for all our electrical requirements. Thank you!"

  "Stam is a thoroughly professional tradesman who communicates clearly. After viewing the complete electrical work he did on my daughter's new property I had no hesitation in asking him to do the numerous jobs that were required as maintenance on our place. That involved installing security lighting, outdoor flood-lighting, new light switches and 3-pin outlets on masonry walls, and updating our switchboard. He was also able to draw on his wide background knowledge to give us very useful advice… for our current and future projects. Stam has my highest recommendation for anyone needing electrical work done."

  "I only needed a very small job done & it can often be quite frustrating to find someone who is willing to do such a job.

  I needed to replace a hard wired plug fitting for my washing machine with a RCD fitting, as it was in my bathroom.

  Stam was knowledgeable & forthcoming with information from the outset. He popped around to give me an idea of the cost & then returned a few days later to complete the job. He was on time, efficient, tidy & easy to communicate once I got… used to the Greek accent. He is so helpful & always goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the issue & offers various solutions if he can.
  
  I would not hesitate to use Stam again! I have found my trusty electrician!!"

  "Stam was just wonderful to deal with. His job and th knowledge is top rated. He worked very hard but never without smile and positive attitude.

  We had some unusual request of installing 110V power source and outlets and he finished the job beautifully without any problem. As he says " Nothing is impossible".
