"kumar posted a rating against my business the difference in the price compared to the original quote was because the plans were wrong. the original council plans ( witch I was give to quote on ) were showing the drains going around the house however in the build of the house the as3500 plumbing system was used , thus running all the plumbing drains under the concrete slab. I explained that the amount of work required to complete the installation of the drainage system will be considerably increased I had the council plumbing and drainage inspector also look at the council plans and he agreed that they were wrong. hence the increase in price. I held back the as built drainage plans ( the inspector sighted these when he PASSED the drainage works) until we were paid and this is normal practice for private drainage works as if we give the as built plans ( and we don\'t get paid) we then have to get involved with debt collectors etc ) as with out the as builts a code of compliance cannot be issued. I made arrangements with kumar for an after hours meeting 7 pm friday night and we resolved the issues by us getting paid and the paper work filed with him"
