    "Said he used to be a sparky but didn't understand I needed connection links of stovetop connection box so that all 4 elements instead of 2 can work. Then having said my stove was crap told me to throw it away and that he didn't deal in that brand "

    "I have dealt with Rob for over two decades and rely on his advice and service when servicing or buying stoves for rental properties. I recommend him freely and have never had anything but appreciation from friends who use Stoves R Us. I have just given him a 1988 F&P double oven as I know he will rebuild it and find it a good home. Without Rob 100s of stoves would head to landfill every year. He is a Serviceman and Enviromentalist Extraordinaire - someone to be valued."

    "I have used Rob for over 15 years. I have purchased numerous white wear from His business. In my experience his products where always tested prior to him selling to me and he was fully transparent in the selling process. He is also one of the few repairers in Auckland. I am extremely happy with his service and products recommendations. I recommend Rob at Stovesrus for good old fashion service whiteware purchases and on the odd occasion I needed his repair knowledge which is extensive I might add.

    I challenge other repair companies sole traders to match this work ethic. I suspect they could not. Well done Rob.

    "As I work shift work, Rob was more than happy to work in with my schedule and was more than prepared to accomodate me when it suited me.
    Rob went out of his way to supply goods to me, even when he was officially closed for the day.
    Rob is a qualified electrician and I would recommend him.

    "Shocking lack of service. Did come to look at the job and then never followed up. Totally unreliable and \"too busy to be bothered\". I wouldn\'t go near this guy. He has strung me a long for weeks. I am going else where."

    "good old fella Rob came out to one of my flats, an fixed my shacklock. electrition told my that it couldn\'t be fixed. but Rob insisted that it could be. 125 dollers later n stove is up an running. beats buying a new one. especially when tenant doesn\'t look after it."

    "This man would not come back until threathened with action. He did nto come whenhe said he would. He was Impossible to communicate with - and just one of his excuses was that he only clears his post box once a month - on the 20th !!

    he removed something that belogns to us, something that was a part of our stove. He knew that it was ours, as he did not bring such an item in with him,. After a text from me, he returned it - damaged. (I still ahve the text messages on my phone)"
