"Called Straight Flush as a result of an “excess water” invoice from Council.
Having called them, their tradesman arrived at our home within the hour and everything resolved in two hours.

"I was very happy with the job carried out by your professionals. The job was quoted based on photos and my instructions. However, the job turned out to be more complicated than expected. Both plumbers had to problem solve and managed to make things work. I was also impressed that you stuck to your quote despite me being happy for you to review. All in all a very professional team to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Straight Flush and I would definitely use your company… company again if the need arises."

"This is the first time I have used Straight Flush, but they are now my go to Plumbers. Right from the moment I called and Bridget took my call I was impressed. She told me the day and time they would be there and they were! Warihi completed the work and he was a delight to work with…very knowledgeable , and had good ideas on how to achieve my desired outcome. Workmanship was fabulous , he cleaned up after himself and was a very good tradesman. Straight Flush should consider both Bridget and… Warihi great ambassador’s for their company…definitely rate them 10/10."

"I was recommended Straight Flush Wairarapa by another plumber (Laser) in Masterton when our previous person had let us down : it was delightful that Brett from SF arrived the very next day , gave a very good appraisal of the problem and what the remedy would be . We gave our go ahead and the very next morning Brett was back with a new hot water cylinder and got on with the job . At all times we were advised of what he was doing and we were given confidence we had a very good tradesman on board… . When the job was done after lunch we found Brett had left the work site nice and clean and tidy . We were very please with the service ."

"We had a leak on a very old pipe leading into our house. Other plumbers had at least a weeks wait, Straight Flush were there in 20 minutes. Awesome service and they did a great job fixing the issue as well. Definately my go-to plumbers now."
