    "We have had an excellent experience using Superb Bathrooms to remove an old shower and install and new tiled wet shower area in our bathroom.

    From my initial call to Shane to a meeting onsite and a quote was under 24 hours. We discussed and agreed a price quickly and once agreed he had staff on site at 8am the next morning. The job was completed on time and on budget. My wife and I are very pleased with the result.

    I was a little concerned reading some of the comment on this site but have found Shane and his team to be honest and reliable."

    "Very Impressed with the work done! Service was very fast as I got a qoute within 1 day. Work started 3 days later and finished 7 days after that. Great team of guys who really works very hard.     "This company run by Shane Brady does not pay their bills. Shane Brady does not even answer his phone and is unwilling to make time payments. He has been given a year to pay this debt to us off. I would not use this company or any company Shane Brady owns. They may go under before they finish what you have paid for. WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!!"

    "I have had a long and unsatisfactory relationship with Superb Bathrooms (aka Gulf Plumbing) ultimately resulting in my seeking redress from the Small Claims Tribunal which ordered various remedial works to be done but which were never completed satisfactorily or on time. Even now tap connections are still leaking with resultant mould problems. My relationship with this company has been frustrating in the extreme. Frankly I wouldn?t wish them on my worst enemy."
    Superb Bathrooms responded:
    "The Disputes Tribunal identified that we needed the opportunity to complete the work, this was provided, we endeavoured to complete the work. This was a low cost renovation for the flatmate of a friend, price being $7054 plus gst. We have offered to go back but the relationship has soured some what."

    "Five days with no toilet. Having to withold payment to get basic standards of work done. Failure of electrical circuits due to substandard workmanship. Waiting for over a year for documentation - basic stuff like plumber's certificates, the promised warranty which have still not arrived. And are also waiting for reimbursement of the electrical repair work. We are considering legal action.
