Right from our fist contact with them Allan and his team have been nothing but the best, the Superior in the company name reflects in both the product and customer service they offer.

Allan was incredibly helpful during our discussion around selecting the correct colour and thickness of our benchtop, encouraged us to go away and look at similar products to compare the quality and make sure we would be happy with the poduct they would be… supplying (we looked at Roxy Stone and found we could snap it with our bare hands where the sample Allan gave us to take away we simply couldnt break for love nor money!)

Thomas who came and templated and installed was also the consumate professional. Polite, hard working with an incredible attention to detail, even cleaning up after himself once he had finished something we have found incredibly rare during our renovatio work. He also gave useful advice in how best to maintain the benchtop.

I cannot offer enough prase or higher recommendation for SBTS they simply gave us an excellent faultless service and product and if I ever need a new benchtop I wont bother shoping round but go straight to them."

After an incomplete kitchen makeover, with another company, and a completely disastrous benchtop I did some reference checks and engaged Superior Benchtop Solutions to completely remove and replace the newly installed benchtop.

Allan responded quickly and professionally providing sound advice and delivering on every promise. They removed and replaced the benchtop with minimum disruption, and our home was left clean and tidy.

I do not score 10/10 when rating,… but have no option with this rating. Our story with the 'other' company is very long and painful, but that's another story!

I highly recommend Allan and would be happy to serve as a reference. It is now 3 months after the work was completed and we remain delighted with the benchtop. You guys are brilliant!"

Not only was everything as promised, but our expectations were actually exceeded in terms of what we got for our money. The advice we received was spot-on and we are SO impressed with the finished product.

10 months after the installation, the product still looks like new.… It is very hard wearing, durable and stain proof!
