"In late 2018 Alan and his team strengthened an old metal fence and shifted at least 4 or 5 cubic metres of drainage chip down the bottom of our garden in Matua. This was a physically taxing job done with great energy. Fence work included putting in 7 or 8 new posts and rails. We found Alan to be communicative and reliable. He came to site when he said he would. His charges were very reasonable. Would I recommend - yes indeed. Would I use again - yes we will. We have a job coming up in 6 months… ( late 2020)."

"We hired Tauranga Landscaping to help us transform the back garden of our new build. We worked closely with Alan on a design for a small sloped area that was transformed into a raised deck with box steps and raised garden beds. It really is a statement area in what was a very awkward and small piece of land. Alan and his team were a pleasure to work with during the entire process and nailed execution of the design. Alan also helped us with making the gardens secure for our little ones with… fencing, gates and even built us a sandpit last minute that is a much loved edition to the house. We highly recommend using Alan and his team."

"Allan from tauranga landscaping was so good to deal with. His prices were very afordable and his knowledge and expertise were very helpful, as we didnt really no how to go about the job. I found tauranga on google and when I rang him he came the same day to quote my job.we had 2 levels of retaining built and lathe ground leveled and new grass rolled on top. So very happy with job they done. Also the guys he has working for him a bunch of good guys....hardworkers...And always looked like they… were enjoying themselves. As a buisness owner myself I understand difficulties do pop up from time to time and When it came time for payment at the end of the job I was short some money as I was waiting on a payment from a job I had recently done. Allan says kind enough to give me time to pay and offers other means of payment such as my paying for material with credit card.all in all wat a great experience working with these guys"

"Over time, Alan has been valuable in carrying out a range of tasks to enhance my garden. Not only is he a good listener but he also understands gardening - I'm an avid gardener. He built a quality corner deck including space for a hammock, and covered with shade cloth. He overcomes these awkward things that need knowledge or strength... such as stabilising pongas or a gate, reducing creosote on sleepers. He goes out of his way to help. "Alan is a very personable and conscientious guy who really strives for customer satisfaction. We were very pleased with the end result of both landscaping jobs he did for us in June & October of 2018. The only negative was in his pricing on the second job where the final cost was nearly 50% higher than his original verbal estimate."

"We had alot of weeds in the garden and leaves etc needing picking up. The team came and caried out the weeding, collected all the garden waste and took it away and sprayed so the weeds would not return. Excellant job, highly recomended. Mike"

"My section was in a terrible state, very over grown and unmanageable for me on my own. I asked Alan to come and take a look and give me some ideas on how we could make it less maintenance. I have a lot of trees on the property some of which needed pruning and some removing, also some big overgrown gardens and a very big felled palm tree. Alan really listened to me and what I was after. He came up with a plan to put rock gardens in throughout, remove a few trees to open it up and plantings of… easy care grasses and shrubs. The first day they were onsite I came home from work and was just blown away with the transformation already! At the end of each day the place was cleaned up beautifully and the guys were all so friendly and professional. Their health and safety and PPE gear was on point, I was so impressed. Happy to reccomend you and your team Alan."

"Alan and his team did a good job, all done quite speedily except for a few days hold up when we were waiting for supplies. Communication wasn't bad. Email updates would have improved communication. If we had had more money to spend we would have got a better job done. We got what we paid for. Would use again."

"We were in a urgent need of our lawn repairing as we had just built a new home and about to move in the lawns were a mess uneven ground and the grass was weeds and dirt, The home builder was not interested in fixing it as they us a subcontractor.
so one phone call to Alan at Tauranga landscaping our worries were over amazing job and awesome guys with great ideas.
We got Alan back a second time to do our front lawn people still comment on how great the lawns looks, the great thing was Alan pop… in to make sure we were happy with the lawn. (Not a flyby nighter)

We got Tauranga landscaping back a third time to do some more garden edging.

We would only recommend Tauranga Landscaping"

"We have been extremely lucky to come across Alan and we will be using him for many future projects. He was very patient with us and made sure we fully understood all aspects of the project before going ahead (building a fence). He did not pressure us at all and even made sure we had enough time to decide.
He described all options to us and was transparent with all costs so that the quote was accurate and adhered to our budget. He is efficient and both he and his team work incredibly hard.… Because we were so happy with the fence (and also such reasonable prices) we were able to ask him to re-do a lot of the garden and plant extra trees and greenery."
