I cant rate their service highly enough, from Erika in the admin office whom was able to answer all my initial queries and arrange for additional moving boxes to be delivered, to the guys that came on moving day to load the truck.

The entire process of transporting the contents of our home was done in a… little under 4 hours total which included the lengthy transportation time in addition to the loading and unloading.

Nothing was broken or damaged to either the houses or contents which was my main concern. Quite simply a fantastic service with very reasonable prices."

I highly recommend smooth movers. They went above and beyond the 2 gentleman deserve recognition so i gave feed back to the lovely office lady Erica to pass on to their managing director. that i was so pleased with the service that i revived. The two young lads i had are very efficient fast polite and also very careing of their customer's belongings they had a great attitude. I would employ these two gentleman to work for me any day you should be proud to have them… working for your company.

On Wednesday 29th January at the agreed time, a very large, smooth looking van appeared on my driveway. This paled by comparison to the two very smooth looking young men there to effect my move.
Dan & Keith were professional, efficient and friendly and showed no signs of having come straight from a very large move prior.
With speed, efficiency and more particularly care, they loaded up my… (nowadays) very small amount of furniture and in no time at all we were on our way to my new abode.

Once here the same attitude prevailed; with my part only to direct them to the appropriate room. Finally, washing machine plumbing connected, it began to look like home.

I was introduced to your Company by a local firm and having made the booking, was then given a glowing reference for you by some friends in Orewa, whom you had moved.

The surprise following was the cost- a little less than I had thought and most definitely ‘value for money’

A large thank you to you and the team for what has to be said was the ‘smoothest move’ I can remember having – and I have had very many moves.

For this most recent move, I asked for a truck and three movers, making two stops for pickup (our previous rental, and a storage unit). The guys were punctual and finished at the storage unit within half an hour. The move from the rental took a bit longer, but we had no issues - they even needed to… remove a door from the hinges due to a massive bed! The guys worked fast and worked well together, negotiating a tight turn down a driveway backing into a small carport area. The truck had no issues finding our new home, and everything was unloaded fast and made easier by me colour coding the boxes (lol). The big things like the fridge and washing machine were even hooked up without me asking.

Overall, these guys are the best in the business. We finished the entire move within 3.5 hours! It was as stress-free as could be - I was saved from breaking my back and plenty of fights with my partner ... kidding ... but not really!"

Nothing was a problem. They were so reliable and took so much of the stress out of it. The three movers and admin staff we worked with prior were impeccable in how professional, friendly and responsive they were.

And good value too which is nice. Also loved their culture - they had so… much fun with each other during the move all while being very efficient.

Last comment would be that as a female often you get treated as a little bit stupid so it was awesome that the guys on the day were so amazing and didn't make me feel anything like that.

Would highly recommended particularly if your a female in charge of move day!"
