"An honest and trustworthy man. I thoroughly recommend him 100%.!!!
He could well have charged me a call out fee and could have repaired my machine and also charged for that. Instead, after asking a few questions he advised that in the long run it would be better for me to buy a new one. He could have made several hundred dollars from me but was honest and said I would be wasting my money. A good man!"

"Super awesome service he came out to our house fixed it in 30mins and for only $45. It was just a loose spring but other places would charge $100 just for coming out. Highly recommended."

"Fantastic service and price. Came to the house promptly after giving a few details over the phone. Replaced the bowl in the washing machine. Next day it made the same sound and he came straight back, took the washing machine to his place to do a few different loads and check it out. Brought it back in the afternoon perfect and at no extra cost. Very reliable and honest. Thanks very much."

"Very good questions & communication on the phone. Quick response & service attendance on-site. Competitive $45 assessment fee. Ray drove to my home & quickly opened the drier to determine the problem. He explained & showed me the problem. Fortunately he had a part in his van. He fixed it efficiently & effectively. "Choosing 'The Washing Machine Man' was the best decision. I called a local business and they told me they could visit in 2 days time (after the weekend), and the call out fee (only!) was $90. I felt indignant about this so decided to reassess! The Washing Machine Man could come later that day, he was so half the price and such a nice man! Thanks again Ray :)"

"Ray was very good when I phoned him he asked me several questions and due to my answers hewas able to give me a diagonsis over the phone and then he promptly came and looked at the washing machine and did the repair immediately. Due to the questions he asked, he arrived with the required parts in his van which then meant no return visit which was great for me. Highly Recommended "
