"We have recently had Keith and his crew of Ben and Ben working in our home, laying floor tiles in our passageway and front entrance. This entailed pulling up carpet and then matching tiles to the pattern of existing floor tiles in adjoining areas, plus laying contrasting feature tiles in the entranceway - thanks Keith for suggesting the feature, it looks amazing!
Throughout the job we were kept up to date with the work plan and consulted when need be to ensure the result would be what we had envisaged. "What a fantastic team this is! So pleasant to deal with, superb craftsmanship and top notch work ethic. Keith was our original contact and he had the difficult task of levelling our very rough concrete floor in line with the wooden floor. When he and his lovely son Ben had finished it looked fabulous. In fact when I sent a photo to a friend they thought it was marble! Berndt did the tiling. As it was 3 combined rooms it was a large area and at the finish it looked amazing. You wouldn’t be able to find a more reliable tradesman. He even offered to drop in on Sunday to help move the furniture back. (Secretly I think this was so that I wouldn’t put it on his new floor before the silicon had set properly- he takes such pride in his work).

"We were in the process of renovating our home to sell. We undertook the services of someone who sold themselves as a professional tiler. He completed the worst possible job you could EVER imagine. We were very distraught by the workmanship and contacted Keith Wright from Tiling 4 U. Keith visited our home promptly with a view to making recommendations on how we could fix the poor workmanship carried out by another provider.

Keith was AMAZING. He could see that we were very upset and re-assured us that he would be able to fix it for us and that everything would be okay. It meant all tiling had to be removed and started again.

Keith provided us with a quote immediately and also noted all the details of the poor workmanship that had been previously carried out by another company which we had to use during the disputes process - the care Keith took in providing a detailed report for us to present helped us win our case.

Not only did Keith provide us with comfort, he also reinstated our faith by ensuring he would do a great job and that he would do right by us.

Keith was great with his communication, he explained the processes well so we knew what to expect.

Keith's services and workmanship are of a VERY HIGH STANDARD and we were absolutely delighted with the finished product. In fact, the tiling workmanship Keith did in our kitchen, laundry, toilet and bathroom came up better than we imagined. We received many compliments for the tiling work that had been carried out in our home not only from family and friends but prospective buyers.

"We had our ensuite tiled floor to ceiling which included an shower area.
We were very happy with the response time for confirming the date to call and view the area of work and then again with the quote being emailed through.
Once the work was started we had a problem with some of the tiles not arriving in time and then some of the tiles were broken. While this was being sorted out, we were never made to feel it was our fault and they were able to work around the delay.
The workplace was always kept tidy when they left each time and the guys on site were always very polite and they were also very kind towards my dog. (She liked to say hello when they arrived)
The excess tile off-cuts were also removed from the property at the end of the job.
We also appreciated that they thought seriously how to lay the floor and wall tiles, as in where joins would be if they laid them here of if they laid them there.
The team were very accommodating and even came in on a couple of Saturday mornings to do some minor work to keep the job on track.

"Keith was pleasant enough to deal with initially. He said he would fit our small job when he could (in a month or so). Dissapointing that 10 months later the job was completed. We asked for more tiles to be installed as the finish did not look right. He said he would complete it in 2 weeks, when he was asked to complete the job as he had not done so 6 weeks later he told us that he had completed the first job and to find another tiler.
