"We found the whole process with TLC to be stress free due to the professional way they kept us informed throughout the whole process. The builders and sub contractors were friendly, courteous, professional in the way they carried out their work and ensured the site was tidy each day (which was a blessing given we were staying in the house whilst the renovations were being done). "Not only were we happy with Tim and team’s great quality work, our neighbours – living in close proximity to the construction noise and disruption involved in a six-month renovation – rated them highly thanks to good comms and considerate work practices.
Kerstin did a great job on project management and liaising with us, our architect, sun-contractors… and our neighbours when needed.
Tim’s skill and care is most obviously demonstrated in the gorgeous (and complex) new wood-panelled… ceiling in our master bedroom and en suite. Everyone who visits stares in amazement at the seemingly floating jigsaw he expertly crafted."

"We wanted to have a new house built in an old style, with good attention to craftsmanship that you don’t see in the big home building companies. We were so lucky to find Tim to be our builder and Kerstin to manage the project. Tim is the most careful and professional craftsman you could ever hope to find. He showed up on time, did the work to great spec, and finished the project on time. We’ve now lived in the house for nearly 5 years and there’s been absolutely no problems or issues with… it. It’s still beautiful and the quality of the workmanship shows. Kerstin made the whole process of building as easy as possible for newbies like us. She got our vision for what we wanted and helped us achieve it even in our tight budget. I couldn’t recommend them more, and if I ever need to build again they will be my first phone call!"

"Kerstin and her Team of builders and subbies built us a Heritage Homes villa in Martinborough. From the design through to completion, Kerstin was an excellent project manager working with us and their suppliers to deliver exactly what we wanted. The villa is constantly commented on has been beautiful and of a very high standard. Can't recommend TLC highly enough (especially through the rough times of Covid and supply shortages)."

"Tim Lucas Construction replaced our roof. It was a massive job taking the old roof off because of type of roofing. Then the new one had lots of extra work as they had to reflash windows and skylights.
Kerstin kept us informed all the way along.
Tim and his workers were very professional.
I would recommend them ."
