  "These guys are honest and hard working. I wanted some pacing done and the first time they did it the product didn't work (it rained heavily) and they came back, took it all off, and started again with a different product. They kept me in touch the whole time and worked with me on suitable dates to complete the job. Highly recommended."

  "We have had Luke and his team working on our home between August and December, and we are very happy with the result. To us, at least, this was a major renovation project, but Luke broke it down into manageable chunks, and got it finished by Christmas, which is what we had hoped for.

  "We had an issue with the roof leaking after a heavy rain. Larry came around to have a look (on time and with a reminder call!) and worked on the water spouting to fix it. They were very easy to deal with and to contact. The job's done nice and neat and everything was clean up nicely when he left. Larry also had a great suggestion on another issue we had on the property which will be cheaper and will look better with the other option previously suggested with another business. "

  "I cant recommend this company enough, Larry did renovation work over a period of a couple of months, tiling, deck balustrades and steps, installing bathroom shower, laundry tub, anything and everything and heaps more. He constantly updated me, helped with other tradies as I was offsite, went here, there and beyond the call of duty. Rates were very reasonable, the team extra reliable and used a key which made my difficult job so much easier. Thanks guys."

  "Luke charged us more than $10,000 to replace our deck and stairs. In their gallery you can see that the handrail on the front stairs is crooked. When I asked Luke Frost to fix it, he said it was impossible. We eventually found another much more professional builder who fixed it for us in 10 minutes. You will note there are no close-ups in his gallery – that is because their work is shoddy. They used a nail gun and the nails are uneven and punched roughly into the wood. Many of the… decking treads are cut unevenly and do not even line up with the frame. We can send you close-ups if you want to see the rough work they do before hiring them. How ironic that these absolute cowboys are advertising on this website. Hire them at your peril."

  "The above is from a very dishonest and manipulative individual. The client contacted us 1 year after rebuilding a poorly home built deck, window repairs, constructing a shed and some internal work (not just a deck). I went around and agreed to complete the repairs (as small as they were) required before Christmas (they called three weeks before Christmas, the busiest time of the year). One week before Christmas we get a call to say another builder has fixed all the work and she is wanting a refund! We were not even notified another builder would be going in and were not given sufficient time to complete the repairs! Then on our first proper day back we are given this feedback! We were more than happy to complete any repairs required and furthermore I was more than happy to discuss some kind of refund after the client went behind our back, but due to the abuse I have personally received and the very dishonest feedback we will be not negotiating any further. As you can see below we are in the top of our field and highly recommended. I will not allow one disrespectful, unethical and dishonest individual ruin our fantastic reputation. "

Work involved installing a new bathroom, adding a cover to our back-deck, finishing off the garage and building a car park. Work started on time and finished on time.   "Contacted the Maintenance Man early December and arranged for Luke to quote on a small tiling job and to build a Fence.Luke arrived when he said and the quote came through quickly.The tiling job was booked and done almost immediately and the Fence was scheduled for end of January.
  There was a small miscommunication on the start of the Fence but this was sorted.We are totally happy with the workmanship for both Tiling and Fence.Larry did the tiling and he and John built the fence.Both were… very nice guys and completed the job on time.

  "We purchased our first home in August 2008, and had been completing most of the work ourselves to save money. In April 2009 we started a new business and found we had no time to complete several jobs we wanted finished around the house.

  We contacted Luke for a quote and he promptly carried out a site visit, took measurements and returned the estimate to us without delay. Having further discussed the scope of work required, we established a time frame and agreed on a price. Luke completed… the work on time and within budget and we are very pleased with the results.   "luke and his team exceeded my expectations and were easy to have around for 6 weeks,What started out to be a tidy up job, became more or a reno as it was so easy to get the things done I always wanted, communication was easy and upfront and they were respectful and professional at all times and I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them myself, Nothing is ever a problem for Luke and he has helped me out heaps since the job finished with a few odd jobs and some major leak… issues he was able to sort instantly! at 7.30 am mind you!!
