Couldn’t be more happier with the service and finished product from Chris and his team .
From the moment I called Chris he was on to it and got the quote through promptly. On the scheduled day Malcolm and his well presented team turned up explained what there plan was for the week to get our old villa scaffolded and roofed . They got it done quick sharp leaving the site clean every evening as we have kids they made sure there was no old materials left around the property which was a worry for me at first but the team put my worries at ease . My husband looked over the job and was super impressed with the finished product and workmanship that went in to it. We will be recommending them to our friends and family.

"Look no further, this is the team that will do what you want as you want it. Chris came when he said he would, his estimate was spot on and his team is lovely, kind to deal with, happy, efficient and good at what they do. We hit a snag (naturally) because our old forties house had some inventive roofing arrangements attached which created a problem for attaching the guttering. This required some problem-solving which Chris worked through and conquered. He could have ignored it and just got the guttering attached with a gap and a problem for us later (which others had done). I was very impressed that he put himself out to get the right result and he is the best I've known for communication and keeping you in the loop. Very, very happy and would recommend the team to everyone."

"We have just had out 1960's home in Paparangi re-roofed by Total Roofing. WOW!!
We contacted Total Roofing, had a quote within 4 days. As we were expecting our first Child, Chris managed to squeeze our job in at short notice.
Two weeks later Malcolm and his Team of very enthusiastic bunch of guys turned up and got stuck in, and boy did they move fast. 2 days later they were gone!!
They worked so efficiently & were very conscientious, making sure everything was left clean & tidy.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Total Roofing"

"Worst experience in my life. Was promised three week wait in September when I agreed totnhe quote, well that didn't happen. Numerous phone calls about how many other contracts he has hense the delay, come December two hour notice of the scaffolding arrival on a Saturday. When roof actually goes on there are holes and screws showing everywhere that took weeks to settle up because apparently that's my fault that holes and screws are showing. The final straw for me was I noticed a section of my guttering was backing up since replacement, discovered a clump of 50 screws causing the blockage, even though our email agreement was all screws would be rounded up that I couldn't reach (because they were everywhere on my clear roof, a box of screws was even left on the roof!) and verbally was told they would clear gutters as part of the roof replacement when discussing replacement. Roofing paper was left all over the yard along with chunks of roofing iron that were discovered by bare feet (and lots of screws). Awful to deal with, blames the houseowner for issues, awful service, you certainly arent a priority (I always heard over and over about all the other contracts that they were busy with). And worst the part of the roofing that leaked wasn't replaced so I still need to find a roofer for this because I was done with dealing with the company and no trusted their ability to tackle the flat roof part. This should have been the first section done. Also cigarette butts were left everywhere, disgusting."

"What fantastic service!!
My wife & I are expecting our first baby. We moved into our new house just at the end of lockdown, we knew that it needed a new roof and needed it done fast.
We contacted Total Roofing & Chris came around the same day, quote arrived the next day. Chris promised us that we could get a new roof the very next week.
The price was better than the three other quotes we got & true to his word the new roof was completed in double quick time by a very friendly team of guys.
We now have a watertight home for our new arrival.

"My neighbours had used Total roofing and I found them responsive when I asked for a quote for a colour steel re-roof and chimney removal.
I was pleased with the quote for a colour steel as it was the most competitive but also it had a good amount of clear information in it. Chris was also happy to answer various questions I had.
I only had to wait a few weeks once the quote was accepted and the re-roof and chimney removal didn't take long considering it was mid-winter with some rough weather.
The workers were respectful and kept me informed with what was happening as best they could.
There was a minor bit of damage as the scaffolding went up and another nick to some glass when coming down. The first item I noticed and there was no quibble about fixing it. Chris called me about the second item before I had a chance to call him. Letting me know replacement glass was in hand and a glazier would be calling me. They also happily accommodated a couple of requests I had.
So, not only does the actual roof look great the service was even better."

"We initially found Chris\'s communication great. He responded promptly and got the work done in the tight time frame we provided. They were also very affordably priced. We have had a couple of issues with the roof. The first (a leak around an old pipe and a difficult area to roof) was fairly easy to get sorted after a couple of phone calls. The second (a leak around a chimney) took a number of phone calls from us and our builder to get sorted and I felt communication could have been better."

"Chris was the only roofing company that returned my call (I left messages/queries with four). Chris came around quickly and as it was a leak in the roof we were having issues with, gave us some advice on how we could fix it ourselves. No charge for that callout. Chris was polite and very easy to talk about the situation with. We followed the advice which unfortunately did not fix the leak completely (but did lessen it). Chris then investigated several repair options for us, and provided a quote quickly for the option we selected. Despite being busy all communication was quickly responded to, and Chris managed to get his team up to complete the job very promptly. The repair is tidy (the iron is even colour matched!), and has completely fixed the leak. We are more than happy with all aspects of the repair carried out and would not hesitate to recommend Total Roofing. Many thanks to Chris and his team."

"I got four quotes and Total Roofing's was well set out on one page with all the required information. I didn't have to read my way through pages of small print. The quote was done as soon as possible after I contacted Chris and communication was excellent at all times.
Their price was the most reasonable.
The weather deteriorated half way through the job but even that didn't cause any problems. The work site was left clear of rubbish.
I would be happy to recommend Total Roofing to anyone."

"Total Roofing undertook an urgent job of reroofing our 100 year old Thorndon house. This was not an easy task with a lot of fiddly pieces and the need to address issues that arise with older houses such as things not being as straight as they once were. The resulting job is fabulous and I am very pleased to recommend Barnards team - Ben, Dean and Dalkeith; they were polite and easy to have around. They also did a superb job of cleaning up after themselves. Communication was good and working in with the other contractors was well handled.

"Great job! Great communication and quick quote turnaround (that was cheaper than others!).
They did the roof at a pretty miserable time of year weather wise, so it took a few days to finish, but the guys always left the roof water tight and secure each night when they left. Impressed with how thorough they were with seeing the job through (we needed special screws for part of the roof) and they showed up on a weekend when the weather was good to finish it off."
