  "Total Turf has managed my relatively small urban section with three grassed areas since 2010. It has plenty of challenges for the guys with its shaded areas; intermittent irrigation (my fault); and invasive grasses like kikuyu, but in general, it is kept in very good shape and I am happy to accept the compliments from visitors. I would have shifted contractors long ago if I wasn't satisfied.
  Total Turf may be more expensive than others, but if you want quality, that's what happens. (For the… basic lawn mow, the rate appears similar to the others)."

  "I endorse what the other reviewer says- absolutely no communication and a dead lawn - been pumped full of chemicals and dead, dead, dead. Have asked his staff to get it fixed, but Nothing!!!"

  "very low quality product at the end of the job,lots of exuses and stories for bad quality boys.all his staff very young , messy and lazy,which is in line with the bosses qualities. have checked with other companies,total turf over priced ,all they do is turn up and pump lawn full of chemicals.
  would never use Ian kent again.. very untrust worthy."
