    "A six week build took six months with no accountability as to why there were delays. He built us a fence which began falling apart after 6 months and still has not fixed it. Head office do not want to get involved and pull their franchisee into line. Trenz is refusing to tell me what they are going to do to fix the fence. Looks like we are off to court to get Trenz to actually take responsibility for their work."
