"Paul and his Twin Solutions team did a great job for us on what was a major and architecturally complex house renovation and additions project in Devonport. The technical expertise of Paul and his staff was outstanding enabling them to think through and solve difficult details to a very high standard. As clients we were kept up to date with progress and listened to or informed when the usual building issues arose so that problems were solved before they festered. We are veey pleased with the end result, very proud of our house and get many compliments from neighbours and visitors."

"Paul Young and his team at Twin Solutions Bespoke Builders carried out extensive work for us, turning a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1920s bungalow into a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 story home. Working from Architects plans with structural engineers and planning we now have a beautiful family home.”

Communication was excellent.

Paul also made many helpful suggestions to solve unforeseen problems.

We had complete confidence in Paul’s project management of plumbers, tilers, electricians etc. They turned up and did the job on time.

During site visits, it was noted how tidy things were left, even though, we were not living there at the time.

We have been impressed on the attention to detail throughout the building works and following completion, when Paul came back to check for any snags. Paul has promptly dealt with any after care problems, of which there have only been very minor ones.

All visitors to our home remark on the high standard of workmanship and we have been confident in recommending Paul to them.

"Paul was very helpful throughout the process, from quoting, to explaining the build process, to helping choose lighting, plumbing and interior finishes, to delivering our little renovation project exactly to the time frame he’d promised. And we are extremely pleased with the result.

Paul was really professional and upfront with realistic costings and was great at offering solutions and options to some of the ‘undecided’ elements we still had within our plans. His guys were amazing and super reliable and hard working. Their workmanship was top rate and the care they took with little extra details in the hall cupboards and working with our kitchen installer was really appreciated. Paul was great at coordinating his subbies to keep the job moving along - even when I insisted on using my own flooring guy and my own windows guy. He managed them well and everything ran smoothly. Overall we were very impressed and thank Paul and his team for a great job. We definitely recommend Twin Solutions and would use them again."

"Paul and his team did several jobs for me, always with efficiency and to a very high standard. Owing to Paul's popularity I have had to engage other builders recently, and have been disappointed.
No job was too difficult for Paul and he was clean, tidy and always respectful towards ourselves and out property .
He always stood by his quote and, on one occasion, spent a day fixing another party's mistake at no cost.
I cannot speak highly enough of Paul."

"We employed Paul Young and his companyTwin Solutions to build a new attached garage and laundry adjoining our house mid 2014/2015. Paul and his team gave 110% to the job and we were absolutely thrilled with the building work at the time and we still are 3 years later. The quality of building work cannot be faulted, everything was very precise and really showcases the architectural design of the garage. The job was also finished on time.

We also employed Paul in the capacity of Project Manager for the duration of the build. Paul performed excellently at this job, he kept me informed on build progress and he actually answers his phone or returns a message quickly, he was always finding ways to keep the job on budget by finding alternative suppliers when we were in danger of having a budget blowout. The result was that he kept us within our 5% contingency for the build so we were extremely happy with this as we were not on a fixed price contract.

We will use Paul and Twin Solutions in the future for any building work we do and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to other people."

With a young family the team we're always super clean at the end of the day which was really appreciated and we really noticed the little things they did.

"Paul has completed a couple of jobs for me now, a bathroom renovation and the installation of premade double glazed windows and doors in my lounge which because of the age of the house was a challenge. The organisation and workmanship were of a very high standard and the team he allocated to my jobs did their work cheerfully conscientiously and well. Paul and his team are to instal the same windows and doors in the rest of my house in a month or so. Paul gets on well with the other tradesmen which is a plus. I will have no hesitation in asking Paul to look at other jobs I may have in the future."

"I have had Paul and the Twin Solutions team do work at our North Shore property - building and insulation in our basement, and get involved in planning/design thinking for other more extensive new build work that didn't progress. In both/all cases I have found Paul to be a clear communicator, honest and pragmatic.
