    "We purchased a house that we planned to renovate. Our building inspector who carried out the pre purchase building inspection recommended Vincent to us.

    He really listened to our wish list and was understanding when we changed our minds, which happened a lot! During his visits he was able to hand draw designs on the spot, but also followed up with computer generated images.

    Once the building works started, Vincent was always available to come over to liaise with the builder and engineer… as needed.

    Vincent is able to come up with designs that not only look good, but that are also practical. We would not hesitate to recommend Vincent. He transformed the look of our house.

    "We needed an architect to provide plans for a minor reclad and liaise with the council through the process.
    If you have any idea about the requirements from the council these days you will know about the frustration they can potentially cause. Vincent was the perfect choice for completing the plans, working through the process and liaising with the council to provide a successful outcome.     "

    "I first found Vincent through this website and decided to get in touch. Not only did he reply promptly to my initial email, he was in fact the only one out of 4 on this site that bothered what so ever!
    Knowing that renovating a house was a foreign and scary concept to me Vincent has held my hand throughout the entire process.
    His design concepts were modern but still very functional and made the most if the space we had. He also did a great job at managing my expectations when it came to… what we wanted vs what we could actually realistically afford. Building is underway and I can't wait to see the finished product in a few weeks!    "

    "We were recommended Vincent services from family who have been in the building industry for over 20 years. The planning process determined the extent of how far we could go with the renovation. Vincent spent a lot of time on our project before quoting and delivered. The drafts were received within 2 – 3 weeks. He had designed and executed a rebuild on our friend’s place and we were so impressed at the thought that he put into their design, and the finished product, with the most incredible use of space and light, that we wanted him to design ours.
