    "I used them on 25 September,2018. How terrible experience.
    Incredible, the company Regards their client as their ATM machine
    Their plumber tried to drag time to finish job. Obviously the company had deceive and conceal their intentions toward clients.
    Please believe me, otherwise you will regret to use them like me. If you don't believe me, it will be a very risky, and in the end you will spend much more than you actually need.
    I used it for the first time in this company, but I was really disappointed and completely lost confidence in them.

    No professional performance at all, wrong parking caused damaged my property, but feeling no guilty and tried to transfer their fault to me, said to me NO punish.

    Talking over phone, hourly rate (85 + GST) plus travel time and petrol. The plumber tried to kill time by keeping chat with me and the people who working for my neighbors, I even had to called him back from outside. He left my home for an hour by excuse of throwing away rubbish BEFORE he completed job. He tried to drag job to spend a full day for two toilets replacement, He repeatedly made excuse to seek for something he needed then leaving job long time and tried to spend two hours replace one mixer tap, then he could drag the work to be the other half day (4-5 hours) or more longer as the plumber even said to me he went back early, his company still charged me full day (8hours) fee. When I refused him to book the time next day for me then he soon agreed to replace it (on the same day). Apparently this plumbing company has strong intention to deceive their customer.

    The company regarded me as their ATM machine.

    I have already refused to pay as their claimed invoice and would meet them in dispute tribunal.

    "I had one blocked downpipe to be cleared and the admin lady sent someone to me and mentioned that the travel time would be included in the service and I understand that. The guy came and stayed for like half an hour and the company sent me the bill and charged me for 1.5 hour and also charge me another travel fee calculated by km he travelled. I understand the high price comes with good service but they left me a dislocated pipe that connected to my roof. I connect the admin and the lady said they could charge me for 2 hours because the guy's spent that much time on the way. So poor service, never ever use again and never recommend anyone to use it."

    "I called this company's service on August 2, 2016 to fix the toilet leaking problem. They sent a person to do the job. Just 5 months later, the toilet leakin again and they said it is not their fault. Very poor workmanship and bad service. DONOT try them."

    "Arrived late. Did a messy job of installing a dishwasher. Left for an hour and then charged me for 4 hours work! "

    "Walton Plumbing went in to do a simple repair, basic water leak.

    Ended up digging part of shared driveway up, and made a complete mess of the job.

    Another proper plumber had to come along to fix their screwup, then they had the pleasure of trying a $1500 charge for their mistake.

    Would not use or recommend them at all, sounds like others have had issues with this company as well."

    "Got a HWC replaced at my rental. Never informed me that "No allowance for electrical work" on quote meant that I had to arrange an electrican to hook it up electrically. The quote was to replace, which I thought meant a complete job. The "wetback" that couldnt be used after the HWC replacement actually meant the chippy fire, because the wetback pipes would present a fire risk. The required electrical work and the wetback issue was communicated to my wife, who let the tradesmen in, and not myself the person who actually arranged the whole job, the plumber had my mobile number and should have spoken to me. (Glad I didnt get my retired Mum to let them in, she may have assumed I knew about these issues). Both issue were mentioned to my wife after the old HWC was removed, so it was too late. Upon ringing walton plumbing about these issues I was arrogantly told that it was all explained to me prior to the job."

    "We had a blocked toilet and called Walton Plumbing. The serviceman came and checked it out. He tried plunging it and several other things then he came into our kitchen, where we were having lunch, with the plunger in his hand, that still had yukky stuff on it, to tell us that he would have to bring back a truck. He said there was sewage all over the floor but he would clean this up once he was finished. He bought the truck back and after a short while came and asked if he could plug his extention cord into our stove, this had been dragged through the sewage all over the floor, and, there was a plug in the laundry room right next to the toilet, he didnt need to use the one in the kitchen. After an hour of banging around in the toilet he came in to tell us that he had smashed the toilet and we would now have to get a new one. When we asked him why he had smashed the toilet he said that he had decided that this was the best option. The other option was to dig up the concrete at the back of the toilet and this would have taken too long. This was fair enough, except that he didn't consult us first, taking away our right to make the decision, since we were the ones paying for it. Anyway, at the end of it, he left after putting in the new toilet but he didn't clean any of the mess up. There was sewage covering the entire toilet floor and going out into the laundry. It was splattered up the walls, on our washing machine and dryer, everywhere and it took two of us two hours to clean it all up. The lino in the toilet had to be uplifted and replaced as the sewage had seeped under this. Walton charged us $500.00. We were not happy with this and contacted the Master Plumbers Assoc. We explained what had happened and they were appalled at the servicemans lack of respect in regard to placing his filthy equipment in the kitchen, walking through our house with sewage covered boots, when he had a back door right there to use, not cleaning up after himself and most of all not consulting us on the options we could've had. We wrote a letter of complaint to Waltons, who at first weren't interested until we said we wouldn't pay the account, and were willing to go to court, if they didn't get back to us, which of course they did. In the end we agreed to pay half the account. I will never use this company again nor recommend them to any one."

    "This is a very old and difficult house for a trady to deal with given the age and location.

    "Had used Walton a number of times and knew they were expensive but had given good service. Had a leak in a two storey rental,their first plumber assured us that the leak was coming from a recently installed slide shower.The leak continued the second plumber destroyed the side of the bath and said there you go the leak is coming from behind the wall due to porous tiles, totally disregarding the inspection hole to view under the bath in the adjoining hot-water cardboard. When the bill arrived for $260 I consulted with Walton Plumbing if the first visit that I had paid could be taken off the second larger bill - they said no. Have not used them since"
