"Good alarm, I really like it cos its easy to use and didn\'t cost the earth. The guy that put it in my car was nice and knew what he was doing. My dad has one of their alarms and he thought they were good. That\'s why I chose them."

"My daughter needs a new remote for their alarm system for her car. When first rung, they refused to let her pick it up and wanted credit card details over the phone, which she didn\'t do.
She rang again today at my request and was told she needed to transfer the money electronically and then they would send it out with instructions on how to install this new code herself. She said both times the Warlock person talked to her as though she was an idiot and was very unhelpful in answering questions. I rang David today checking the instructions etc as I do not like transferring money to a company or person I know nothing about. He sounding irritated that I was asking about this, especially when I queryed how easy it was to reinstall a new code (mine needed an autoelectrician) and said he had ALREADY told all this to my daughter. When I asked him not to get snippy with me as I was paying this and needed to know more, he got very irritated, refused to answer my questions, told me not to send any money and hung up! They are now not even answering the phone. This is appalling service from a company who seemingly cannot even employ people with basic manners and communication skills. I am perfectly within my rights to ask questions about a product without being talked to as though I am an idiot and will not use them or recommend them.

"Our family used this company a few times before hand with no issues- however my latest experience would make me think twice from now on and consider the local auto electricians.

Initial email enquries were replied poorly- no real questions of mine of what was included were answered by Simon (no surname given). I had more info from their website on what was included in the alarms- initial phone conversation on the 0800 number seemed very friendly and knowledgable with the call person I think was Andy. Andy the installer seemed friendly- unfortunately some shortcuts were taken ie alarm siren secured by plastic ties not bolted on, a bonnet switch was not installed - upon query after the discovery later too many plastics was given as a reason in my engine bay aka too difficult to wire (when it said a bonnet is protected in the list)- shock sensor was not very sensitive at all making it ineffective to me- needing to slam the hood to set it off when queried with the company for a tech spec/info sheet so i can consider other add ons to make better use of my unit and to play with the sensitivity adjustments myself (analog models are only knobs to be adjusted thus easily tuned not sure of my digital alarm)- the not very helpful sales rep simon who doesn\'t answer specific questions- states the bonnet switch can be installed at their own cost and the sensitivity adjusted but they will not come back if its causing problems (which boot switches if installed properly being a simple device shouldnt!) thus makes me question whether they will come back at all if my product should become faulty since they wont help me with fine tuning and help right now. Other thing also was my foldable side mirrors were affected during install and became out of sync- ie one folds in the other out- fortunately internet forums were able to help me reset it via the fuses and the hazard lights stopped working on another family car as a hazard light plug was left unplugged upon my inspection when the installer put in a band expander for us to his credit did the job on my request that day. with regards to the other user comment of the existing mongoose car alarm stickers being removed on the other cars and replaced by warlock stickers- that happened too on ours which I found very strange when it wasn\'t even serviced- someone looks for free advertising."

"Extremely disappointed with this company. Did a good job installing the alarm on our second car, but felt it was necessary to change the alarm stickers on my own car from another brand to his own Warlocks brand without my permission. Effectively entered my own car without my permission.

When asked about it, he gave some bureaucratic story between this other brand and Warlocks which is none of my business and had nothing to do with me, so no excuse! He said he would send me some new Mongoose stickers to rectify, I am still waiting for these stickers. This person didnt have any regard or consideration for our personal property."
