"We contacted Alan and Julie, having seen the great reviews on their website. We had a cracked bathroom window pane 4.5m above a narrow deck and did not know how this could be replaced. Julie assured us that Alan would be able to assist us. He visited our house to assess the situation and a week later, as a result of his obvious expertise, he successfully removed the glass frame from inside the bathroom and replaced the cracked glass at a very reasonable price. We are thrilled with the whole process and highly recommend this company for any glazier repairs."

"Julie handles the communication side of the business. She is responsive easy to talk to.

Quote was to replace 4 panels on a folding door and was broken down by labour, materials, and travel as you would expect. Price was fair.

Very happy with the glass that was installed. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the silicon finish - it was very uneven and over-applied in several places (even seeping over the frame), as the installer does not use a caulking tool but applies with his finger instead.

Was not onsite for the original installation and asked them to return to improve the finish. Installer was unprofessional and as he did not have the proper tools, was unable to reapply the silicon any better. Both parties left unhappy.

Small amount of debris to cleanup afterwards - no big deal. Installer late the first day, early the second day; both within an acceptable range.

Wanted to like these guys but unfortunately cannot recommend them."

"I needed work done immediately on my bathroom. Alan arrived in 30 minutes. Very professional workmanship and very cost effective. He hung a very large mirror with precision and expertise.

I also referred Alan to another person living in the same apartment building. He hung her very heavy mirror in a hallway with no hassles and completed the job quickly and in accordance with the owner's instructions.
