    "Ced undertook quite a major renovation/conversion project for us & has been a pleasure to work with. Ced has been professional & upfront with everything. Even though we hit some relatively large obstacles along the way I have had full confidence that we are in good hands & Ced has our best interests at heart. When an unavoidable budget overrun was on the horizon Ced was in direct communication & had already costed out meticulous details to date & a sound estimation &… plan of what we could do to get on track & minimise costs, on top of this implemented many cost saving techniques & smart use of recycling materials. There have been many unexpected details that were not in the original spec that have needed attention, not once has Ced flinched; all these have been taken on, sorted out & with a big smile all the way.

    Our next project is already on the horizon & we are thoroughly looking forward to using WPM again.    "

    "Ced is an absolute genius! He has helped to transform my sad, run down shack of a house into a beautiful home. Ced completed various works inside and out over the past year. He managed to turn all my thoughts and ideas into reality. There seems to be nothing that Ced can\'t do. He is dilligent, reliable, skilled and has a fantastic eye for detail. Communication has been excellent and i was regularly informed of progress and any complications from start to finish. Ced also provided lots of tips… and ways to save money whilst not compromising on quality. Finally, he is probably the tidiest builder i have ever come across - totally respectful of my home and he makes a mean cup of tea!

    Ced will always be the first on my list for future projects.    "

    "Cedric and his crew transformed what was a rundown barrack into our modern, fresh 5-star home. He was present throughout the whole process -- nailing underlay, putting up gib-board, replacing water-damaged floors, stripping awful wallpaper, laying down skirting, installing doors, sanding, painting, fixing odds and ends,…etc etc. He was always on time, professional and meticulous. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!
    The cherry on the cake, Cedric was pleasant and cheerful to have around the house.… Clear your calendar for next spring…we know already who we are calling back!

    Thank you Cedric, we love our home, it’s exactly what we wanted.

    "I would definately recommend Ced and his team. Even though our job wasn't a big one and he had plenty on he still managed to squeeze us in due to our time constraints with selling our house. Their standard of workmanship was excellent and they were in and out in a couple of days. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any of our property maintenance jobs."

    "I employed Ced Marshall to give my back garden a makeover. This involved building an extension to my deck, two fences, three raised beds and barrowing in an enormous amount of soil.

    Ced was easy to communicate with, gave a detailed quote promptly, started the job on time, finished on time and did exactly what he said he would do. Ced takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. He is very considerate of the home owner's space and cleans up after himself every day. He was… friendly and professional from start to finish. Ced even made lots of useful suggestions to help me save money.

    I have recommended him to all my friends and so have no hesitation in recommending him on this website.    "

    "I contacted Cedrik to help me prepare for a party at a bach in Piha. It was a milestone birthday for me and I had a clear vision of the theme I wanted to achieve. The bach was pretty run down and as the party was at the beginning of May I needed to ensure that we were ready for all weather conditions. This included Cedrik building a covered deck and installing outside lights along the circumference of the property. He also conducted a safety audit of the property, which included repairing… several planks on a footbridge and erecting a hand rail. Cedrik also pulled a few strings and managed to get huge flags erected at the section! Really making it special.

    Because I live in the city, I was totally reliant on Cedrik sticking to the brief and budget. He definitely made my evening special. Unfortunately, a freakish storm hit that weekend, but thanks to all the hard work Cedrik had put in for the weeks leading up to the event - the weather didnt dampen the atmosphere in the slightest. Everything I asked for he provided, he kept me informed every step of the way and even came in under budget. Cedrik pays attention to the smaller details and takes great pride in his work. I would definitely recommend him to undertake any job - large or small!!    "
