"I felt the builder let us down a bit towards the end of the process. He made it very clear that our job was tiny in comparison with work he would normally undertake and was obviously keen to get on with larger projects. As a result he failed to install the refurbished kitchen - a task he had previously agreed to do - and also left one or two unforeseen extras unfinished. We were therefore left with loose ends which I felt was unprofessional."

"Wayne saved our bacon. One look at our plans and he pointed out literally dozens of areas for improvement that made for a far better and more cost effective job. Each of his design suggestions were inspired and we now have a renovation that we are extremely proud of. Better still, Wayne provides a set price, so you\'re not hit up with additional, unexpected costs. And for an ex ad man, he\'s an ok dude too."

"Wishbone are highly recommended. Wayne Fletcher as the main point of contact, brings a depth of skill, experience, and knowledge across all facets of the project. You are not just paying for someone to build your house, you are paying for someone to understand what you and your family are passionate about, what is important to you, and for Wishbone to make it reality - but also to tell you in honest terms what is unrealistic, or what could be done better.
We were dreading the process, but… Wishbone have made the project something we love being involved with, and low stress.

We have dealt with builders in the past, who do not think beyond what is on the plans, and what you have told them - which only works if you are onsite 24/7. Never again.
