"We had a large, failing bottlebrush tree that had rot in its trunk and shaded out both mine and our neighbors house. They did a great job taking the tree down to ground level, and also kindly left behind the logs at our request, so we could later turn it into firewood. They still did a great job clearing up all the leafy branches, and even leafblowed the courtyard after to get rid of all the sawdust. They were done by mid afternoon, and it's great having the extra sunlight."

"Had a large Liquid Amber looming over the house we had decided to remove. Peter and his crew turned up early in the morning and didn't stop until the job was done in the afternoon. A difficult job I'm sure, being so close to the house and power/phone lines, but all completed professionally and with a smile. "Wow! Peter, Elizabeth and the team are totally fantastic! I will recommend them to everyone. The whole process was great. Peter and Elizabeth visited my property and I felt totally confident they were going to do what I needed and they gave me some great advice too. Their price and technical advice was far, far better than another arborist that quoted. Peter and the guys who did the work on site did an awesome job and my grounds and driveway were left tidier than what they arrived to. They work extremely hard and work as a great team. They reduced and shaped 8 trees, cut and poisoned a wattle trunk, removed all debris from site, and arranged for a stump to be grinded."

"Stop reading this review and call Zen Arbor Care now, you seriously won't find a better arborist in Auckland!

I've hired many Arborists over my time and have always found them to be lacking in some way. Either they were very expensive, untidy or unreliable.

Zen Arbor Care is none of those things. They are leagues ahead and true professionals.

Peter has great communication skills and gave me a great quote for three dangerous trees that needed removal. He sorted out all the necessary permits as well.

On the day of cutting, the team arrived exactly on time and worked solidly the whole entire day. Very quick and skilled workers, managing to chop down three big trees in one day!

I loved how tidy they were, getting rid of all the branches and even using a leaf blower to tidy up any loose saw dust that blew around. That's something no other arborist has ever done.

Over all I'm beyond happy with Zen Arbor Care and thoroughly recommend them to anyone."

"We are very happy to engage with Zen Arbor Care Ltd to trim and remove trees from our garden.

Their price is competitive and value for money. The ground is very tidy after the tree services. Some of the tree services companies charge extra $ for the clean ups : (

It was nice to talk to them too. Once we gave them a clear instruction, they did the work accordingly. We are aware that it is not easy to communicate clearly when the property owners are not around. So we send them photos of how we would like them to cut the trees. The result is fantastic.

They also answered our questions so that we gain some knowledge about tree maintenance.

We should engage with them earlier.

"Zen Arbor Care were great. They came out and had a look at my job quickly, on a weekend which was super-convenient. They advised me that the tree I wanted pruning was actually a poisonous weed (woolly nightshade) and gave me a quote on removing the woolly nightshade plus the other jobs I needed done. The quote was very reasonable. They did a fantastic job at removing the woolly nightshade, and made that area of my garden look so nice again. They are a great company who I would recommend to others and would happily use again."
