The most urgent one is the hole in the kitchen wall where our old Manrose extractor fan used to be. We need the hole fixed, plastered, painted and dried - and then we can put our range hood up.
I’ve attached a couple of photos showing the area that needs to be patched and painted so we can get the rangehood put in.
It looks like it could be up to 300mm square. The bit of green plastic i stuck over the hole (see the photo) is A4 sized.
There’s also the weatherboard that needs fixing outside.
We’re getting sick of opening our window (in this weather!) every time we want to cook, so it would be great to get this bit done so we can finally get our range hood up and working. Thanks!

There is water leaking in around the windows and inside beams of the roof.
