Outside lights and kitchen Fan not working

Outside Lights: Sensor lights not working, replaced bulbs but still not working, as I have only owned this house for 10 months I am thinking they are not connected up properly, there is also another outside light (just basic light) again replaced bulb but this doesn't work either, require both to be fixed. Front Door outside light is too high for me to reach to change the bulb, this needs replacing and checking as well. Kitchen Fan above the hob is not working and never has been so would like this checked and appropriate action taken to get it to work. Replace light bulb in stairway as too high for me to reach.
