Dining room was extended by previous owners 15-20 years ago. Extension sits on top of retaining wall, which moves with the changes in ground moisture. By the end of this summer we'd had the piles shimmed twice to allow us to use the door, but with the return of the rain, it has now shifted the other way, and we are again unable to open and close the door properly. The process has also resulted in damage to the walls. Expect it will need to be re-piled. Would also like to loo at the drainage to try and reduce the chances of future movement.
Keen to get someone round to take a look as soon as lockdown allows. Thank you
