Builder/handyman jobs

I need two jobs done. The laundry door is below ground level and the floor floods in heavy rain. I think it needs concreting up a bit and a smaller sized door. The 2nd job is a concrete patch up where the driveway had to be cut to fix a water leak. I am in Castor Bay.
