Deck recoating or stripping

We have a lot of decking at our property. Much of it is used for accessing and moving between two houses on the property (like a breezeway), and each house has its own deck for outdoor living.

Several years ago, Cabot's kwila on pine natural decking oil was applied. It has since degraded and looks bad (see pics). It does not help that we have had some extensions to the deck done as well, and these remain uncoated.

We want to either strip it to let it silver, or recoat it with some product. We will need advice about which way to go. If recoating ends up being the way forward, we will need advice on the best product.

We are flexible about when the job takes place. Presuming that not much can happen before late Spring.
