Standard Sensor light under eaves needs replacing. This is an easy job, requiring a ladder, double storey house but access from single storey level.
Instructions: take old sensor light out , replace with new one that i supply.Set & test.Location is Pakuranga. Quotations for $50 + gst or less thanks.Times are flexible to avoid any callout charge.
