    "Ryan did not turn up several times, charged an extra hour when wasn't even at property, triple charged parts compared to new plumber who had to redo his work, so another 1.5 hrs for fixup and new parts again, left sink waste unscrewed and didn't communicate during the whole job, we had to keep chasing him up, has no even tried to recompense or communicate back leaving us out of pocket at least $300"
