The most pressing and likely smallest job is the leak, followed by the eaves. They are both on the NW side of the house. The leak I am thinking is to do with the butynol type membrane that sits under the ridge of the roof. It is a longrun hex profile roof that was installed a few decades ago and the material has now ridden up because of the wind.
Next on the list is a remediation of some eaves that have finally given up the ghost with the battering they receive from the NWer.
We are also looking to divert some down piping from this area, although this isn't an immediate concern.
Also on the list is the widening of some external doors and a reasonably simple conversion of a downward laundry in a bathroom (building a privacy wall for an existing toilet, offset half wall to hide piping, change a door around so that it opens out).
As mentioned the french doors and laundry to bathroom work is something that we don't need to do immediately.
