100%"Rob and his team did a wonderful job, as always, on my trees - every two years I get them back to keep things safe and tidy. Rob has an excellent eye for trimming large trees or removing branches in a way to keep the tree safe, yet leaves it looking natural and untouched. He has managed to create a window through lower branches of mature trees that retains their shape yet allows a view through to the sea - it gives me a great deal of pleasure. The place is always cleared up after the job and… left looking better than it was before they arrived. 98%"From start to finish a job well done! They were the second place I called after another company wouldn't come to quote after 3pm. Contact with administrator Leilana was friendly and efficient and she kept us in the loop as we had to make sure the pool was covered before work commenced. We were also informed when the team was held up (actually we were grateful for the slightly delayed morning start as I'm sure our neighbours were). They worked hard and fast to finish the job on time. The two days for our job were the worst weather days in Auckland and they continued and completed the job! We did not think it would be done. They even assisted a member of the public who wanted some of the wood that was cut from our trees. Asking for a quote for what seemed an overwhelming amount of work, my worries were quickly set aside. Everything was possible and nothing a problem.
By the end of the week I had a quote and a date had been scheduled for the work to be done.
Day 1 started with a final check of what needed to be done then they got on with it – all of it. The tree work done and the paving lifted. Day 2 saw nine roots ground out. The following week, the… paving in the courtyard was re-laid.
At every stage there was great communication from the team and each day the property was left tidy with all debris removed. The garden is looking fantastic and the courtyard looks better than it has in years, so a very big thank you to everyone at A1 Landscape Services.
I’ve used various landscape companies over the years and these guys are the best in my book.

100%"Ben and the team turned up on time to extract a huge Norfolk Pine within 3 feet of our roof line. They proceeded to trim and then top and section the trunk and lower it by hand with all the care needed to ensure the house wasn't touched.
They asked us if we wanted any of the wood left and we took the good ringed wood and they removed the knotted wood. The debris was all removed leaving the section immaculate. One even started splitting some rings while he waited for the clean up crew to… finish.
Excellent job and would highly recommend these guys.. definitely an A job
