"Total cowboy. Replaced hot water cylinders in conjoined dwellings owned by my mother and brother. Both installations he did were non-compliant. My mother is in her 90s, frail and nearly blind (hence I am submitting this on her behalf, I provided advice on both installations as my brother is resident overseas). Mr Green installed the cylinder in my mother’s dwelling without a tempering valve and did not check the water temperature, which was scalding hot and could have seriously injured my… mother when she went to take a shower. He also smashed the cylinder into and damaged the wall of her dwelling (which would have cost around $300 plus to be reinstated commercially) and when she asked for it to be repaired he basically didn’t care and said ‘Im not a painter’. The installation in my brother’s dwelling had no seismic restraint. I submitted a complaint to the Plumbers and Gasfitters Board on behalf of my mother. He was very casual in his response when my mother complained about the water temperature (I’m busy but will try and come round next week), but returned and adjusted the temperature. After the complaint was lodged to the Board he retrofitted the restraint in my brothers dwelling."

"There is no big or small job for Billy. He has provided a quote very promptly (within a few hours) and arrived at the site the next day. He has fixed the gas leak and provided the gas certificate the next day as promised. Really efficient guy. I'm happy with his service. Thanks!"

"Billy installed a Rinnai Gas Water Heater and undertook a total replumb of a bathroom including adding a toilet and new laundry / shower room. All the work was done to a high standard and at a competitive price. Billy has a lot of knowledge and gave good advice. Overall I would highly recommend Billy as he is reliable and easy to work with."
