  "Wow! Thank you very much for the fast and professional manner you undertook replacement of our living room windows.

  Getting scaffold up on day 1, glass out, remedial work and final measure on day 2 and glass back in on day 3 must be a record of some sort.

  Even though it was fully scaffolded, working 6 metres in the air could not have been easy, especially with the trek round the building complex.

  Happy to give verbal references to prospective customers if you ever need them.

Response to our calls was handled very quickly , always on time and kept us fully aware of developments.   "Action Glass did a great job replacing a bathroom mirror which had become damaged around the edges. The old mirror was screwed to the wall and Steve suggested an alternative of glueing the new one in place which was less expensive and ended up looking much better. Action Glass turned up promptly to check measurements and returned a few days later for installation. I also had a smaller framed mirror which needed replacing, and Matt the young man who came to install the bathroom mirror,… suggested he could reuse that by cutting it down to fit the frame, rather than getting a new piece of mirror. This was an excellent idea as it was only the edges which were damaged and it would have been thrown out otherwise. Matt cut the mirror for the frame on site, and tacked it into place for me as well, without additional cost. I found Action Glass very pleasant to deal with, professional and reliable, their prices reasonable, and they went out of their way to suggest cost effective solutions. I would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation."

  "I used Action Glass late last year for splash backs for kitchen, kitchenette and bathrooms for mirrors for splash backs. I will start and finish this review with the comments on the finished product- which is of a high standard. Firstly the mirrors went in no problem. The kitchen splash backs were not so smooth in their application. Before the job started I called Tony and discussed the gap between the bench and wall. Tony was made aware of this and assured me we the gap would be covered in… the process. I also showed it to the measuring guy. When I came home after a the installer had been, he had glued the kitchenette splash back under a window, which was out of alignment and above the kitchenette bench. He had also glued on a thousand dollars worth of splash back above the ktichen bench and a gap of around 10mm to the bench. This is the gap that I mentioned to Tony and co. I called Tony and he came around promptly and removed the kitchenette glass before silicon had hardened. Tony suggested we put some chrome finished metal over the gap to hide it. It was not the look I was hoping for but probably the best solution give the situation. I then had new carpet laid in the garage just before the Tonys installer came around to finish off the job. I came down the stairs to see the 20 minute old carpet had white paint walked all over it. i checked my shoes.Clean. I asked Tony's installer if he had paint on his boots. He said no. I asked him if that white paint on his boots was fresh. He looked as his boots and goes Oh OK. So he removed the paint from the garage floor. and left a swirl of paint on the driveway. A few days later I called Tony to ask him to mention the swirl of paint on the driveway, Tony cut me off and did a "Paul Holmes" type of talking to no one broadcast :" has anyone split paint at Owen's place?" " No NO NO No " came the muffled reply. Tony said he couldn't talk to me as he had medical issue with his BIG TOE and promptly said good bye. I had to write to Tony telling him about the swirl. He came around and got rid of the swirl. The mirrors went in as you would expect from Action glass- a job well done. As mentioned the finished result is of a good standard, but my kitchen splash back doesn't come down to the bench.This is not the look I wanted, The installation process caused unnecessary stress. And due Tony's employees actions he became abrupt and rude at times. For my next renovation i will not be using Action glass, it's not worth the stress."

  "We had a rather unique kitchen splashback created and installed with the help of Action Glass Ltd. From start to finish they were brilliant - patiently answering questions and supplying multiple options and quotes and being fully honest about best practice and practicality etc. When the final product arrived, the guys apologised for being slight early! Then expertly removed their shoes while carrying the splashback in (which they were not required to do). They explained things to me as they… worked and then happily proceeded to touch up some other caulking around the kitchen while they had it out (at my request, of course). Really polite, lovely professionals - which sadly in the tradesman world is a rare breed."

  "Needed 4 very large mirrors removed from the walls at my hair salon. I had been told by 3 other glass companies that the mirrors would not be able to be removed in 1 piece, and the only way they would be able to be removed is to break them. I phoned action glass and spoke to Steve who was great. Steve told me that he would certainly try to remove the mirrors in one piece, and would only break them off if there was no other alternative. What an amazing job, he managed to get all 4 mirrors… off the wall without breaking any!! Not only did he achieve something that I had been told by other companies wasn't possible, but he did it for half the price!! A fantastic company to deal with, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone."

  "My 87 year old mother who lives alone had a broken window catch and was worried about security. I phoned Action Glass and explained to Steve the situation and the fact my mum has bad memory loss.
