"I made contact via email with Paul he messaged back later that day. Someone came round the next day and the job was fixed right away. Contacting trades is always traumatic these days due to unknown costs. Paul was competitive ( I checked ! ) and made the process very easy. "Contacted Paul just before Christmas to replace toilet, he managed to fit us in within days. He informed us we had the wrong cistern and advised the best for the job, was able to change the next day, job completed very quickly and to a high standard of workmanship. Have used this company several times over the years and will again if needed. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber, reasonable rates and very tidy, cleaned up after finishing the job."

"Paul was a breeze to deal with from quotation to install. Most trustworthy advice from the several quotes and site visits I got from other plumbers. On the day of install they showed up on time and did an awesome job. Got the Rinnai installed and gas plumbed into the kitchen for the new gas cook top. Super helpful all round, would highly recommend."

"There was a split pipe in the roof and the water was leaking inside as well as outside the house. I contacted AllPoint Plumbing and spoke to Paul. Like many others you will want to know cost, Paul got all details over the phone and provided a rough estimate which I understand it can be difficult for them too. He came onsite on his way to another jobs and inspected it as well. He came back on time and worked on it. He is really good, very happy on how he handled everything and completed the job.… He is my now my plumber."

" Great service, Ritchard promptly fixed the leak at my water main. Which had been sending my water bill northwards, He also reported there was a leak on the roadside of my meter. This was also very helpful as the Auckland Dams were low at the time, its all fixed now. Doing a great job & caring for our Environment is a double plus for me. "I seldom do reviews, but Paul and his crew deserve it. Great communication. Provided an indication of price in advance and was very close to the estimate. Right on the agreed time. Took very good care. Came up with some good options and advice. At the end of the job, Paul came and did a Quality Control check on the work of his crew. "We had an issue with both toilets in our new home. Paul came out on the same day and was efficient and courteous, and diagnosed the issue; explaining to me exactly what was wrong. He sent Tom to complete the work once we had agreed on one of the options he gave to us. Tom was polite, did a good job, and left both bathrooms clean and tidy once he had finished. Once I'd paid the invoice, Paul contacted me almost immediately to apologise and said that I had been overcharged, and arranged to credit… back the difference straight away. I couldn't have asked for more professional and honest plumbers. I've already let a few people locally know about these guys in case they're ever in need of a plumber, and we will certainly call on them again for work we have planned for the future."

"We called Allpoints plumbing for a leak in a hose of one of our gas cylinders. Paul came, checked out the whole system and replaced parts where needed, with knowledgeable explaination. We were very happy with his communication, his professionalism and his quality of work.
We found the job reasonably priced.

"Awesome service from this team of plumbers. They were able to do a couple of jobs for me at short notice, communication throughout was excellent, I knew exactly what was happening and when.
