"Was let down by various contractors during construction of small office and carpark complex so required urgent remedial cable chasing channels and holes drilled. Doug and co turned up promptly and saved the day, called them back for expansion joints and will definitely be giving them the first call on next project. Old school trademen gave valuable free advice and considering the urgency were very reasonable priced. I was impressed they didn't take advantage of my predicament to gouge and would have no hesitation in recommending Auckland Concrete Drilling to any other builders and developers."

"I was looking for a concrete removal specialist for a desperate job. A small miscommunication left me with a slab of concrete 2 days before a concrete layer was due to turn up. I googled concrete removal people looked at the feedback and decided to call Doug. Well the previous feedback as 100% accurate he advised me he could come out today to fix my dilemma. He brought Matt with him 2 days on the job. Both did a fantastic, fast job. And they were really fabulous to deal with - fabulous customer service. Communication was great. "Overall this was a small job, it was done as requested and I have no complaints about the work done.
However I did find that they needed to be a bit more organised e.g. bring your own piece of wood rather than insisting I should have some as everyone else does. A word of advice going forward don\'t argue with the Customer about whether they need this done or not and telling them if they want to watch it will cost another $2.00. Another area for improvement is if you insist on payment on completion you need to supply the Customer with a Tax Invoice - please ensure you post this to me.
Pricing and quality of work was good. Thank you"
