100%"We had a blown fuse for the HWC, it was Saturday morning and there was no way we could wait until Monday to schedule an electrician to come out to look at the cause.
Steve was clear in his communications and articulated his pricing clearly... no surprises. He even proacivly had us provide some info before he came out to save a trip to the electrical parts store.
Steve identified the actual cause of the fault and had the situation resolved in a short period of time.
We happily had our… hot water back on by lunch.

My thinking was the job not possible as there was little to no room in the ceiling area and wood beams in the way.
But they completed the job very fast and with no hassle and the price was lower than what was quoted.
I'm glad because now i'll never take the risk and try to do some electical work myself because its easier and cheaper to call the pros in.
