    "We love Auckland Exterior Cleaning! We have a house that has had an addition and there are several roof lines, angles and decks. They've gone above and beyond both times we've used them. Our house is white and we live in Titirangi in the trees so the house is always closer to light green when they get here. I'm always a bit shocked when they're done to see how white the house is supposed to be! Can't recommend enough! "

They even managed to clean my steps which are falling apart without causing any damage. I had booked a gutter clean and they told me that one was not needed, so I really appreciated the honesty."

    "Very disappointed in the job done by this company,we have a large deck 200 + m2 and we look after it,we engaged this company (they were not the cheapest) as they said they would NOT leave any wand marks,would NOT leave any gouging in the timber,sadly they have done both,they did clear the cost of the job as they have damaged it,but we are now left with a deck we HAVE to now oil annually ,they would not pay for any recovery of OIL and labour costs,stay away from this company,they do have good… communication but very poor job and no recovery costs for us.We came to this site to not get a cowboy outfit but we got a cowboy job :( very disappointing"

    "This job was a very easy fix however the customer refused to allow us back on site to fix the problem as is our right under the fair trading act, unfortunately from time to time a business gets a customer who can never be satisfied. In this case the gouging was in fact rotten timber ( as pointed our to the customer prior to commencement. Aside from not letting us back to fix the job, their demands for compensation and reparation were simply outrageous and they simply refused to reach an acceptable compromise. Total job was $1000 which we credited to them, which would in fact pay for materials they are talking about. Also, client was not supposed to be onsite so we could use a chemical required for the job, as she was supposedly allergic to chemicals, the job would then have been done right from the start."

    I borrowed a water blaster and tried to wash my driveway, fence and house myself but I just made the house worse. I called these guys and had a friendly lady come out and quote me (some people just quoted without looking at my house?!?!).

    They came out and did a very god job, very professional and gave me some good house maintenance tips too.

    "I'm sorry but i had to make this feedback. I requested for house wash, gutter clean, pavers clean and roof molds removal for a 5 bedroom house. During first consult, we clarified that we just moved to an 8 year old house hence it needs external cleaning. Soft wash as they claimed can do the job and what they offer. We clarified if that will take the cob webs and regular dirt and he said yes. Went back home and wasn't impressed with the work. Windows left with stains where it there wasnt any… stain to start with. They offered to rectify the job but it was the same. Same spots where i highlighted were still with cobwebs and dirt. The gutter was also done however for some parts it wasnt done properly. Im not discouraging customers to get your service but if youre considering this business, put everything in paper and also your expectations. No problems with communication. I chose their business based on reviews so i had a high expectation on their service."

    "This job was carried out to our usual high standard other than the fact that I missed a couple of cobwebs which I went back and rectified. The expectations and language barriers from this asian client is in fact what caused the issues, they wanted surfaces suffering from normal weathering and surface deterioration to be restored to an as new condition which simply wasnt possible. Our terms and conditions are comprehensive and self explanantory and I doubt if these were actually read. On my return visit to remove the cobwebs and rinse the windows (which is a common complaint) I found the marks/stains on the windows were actually on the inside!!"

    "I was impressed by the work I had done on my Henderson house recently by the Auckland Exterior Cleaning business.
    It had been a rental house for many years and I needed to spruce it up to sell. . The dirt that came off the concrete and bricks transformed the house making it look like a new one. There will be one happy buyer out there that will move into this lovely clean house.

    "Phoned the company at about 6.00pm thinking it would go to voice mail however was answered and I explained needed the gutters cleaned out. Very helpful and advised thy could actually do it the next day which was awesome. Turned up and did an excellent job, I was not there but my neighbour was very impressed and left the property very clean and tidy.     "I chose this business because of their great ratings on this site. The job was completed when agreed and to a good standard, although there are some waterblaster jet marks on the front deck. Some small frustrations with communication on the day of the job - I arrived home at the time Gail had said Floyd would likely be there and found that the work was already complete and he had left. I was a little disappointed that the back deck is still marked - when I emailed to ask about it, I was… told that was due to the weathering of the timber. I'm happy with the explanation, but I would have preferred that it was mentioned as a possibility at the time of the quote, or to have been notified by the business after the completion of the job. Overall, a good experience, very prompt in replying and completing the job, but maybe not quite as good as I had hoped from the ratings on the site."

    "After weeks of nagging me to waterblast the house and driveway, my wife gave up and got a quote from Auckland exterior cleaning. The quote was more than reasonable, so I reluctantly agreed. Having seen the results after Floyd came out, I would never bother trying to do it myself again. I was so pleased, i\'m getting him to come back and do our fences in the new year.
