"I've been bringing my car to Jeremy / Eden St Auto since around 2014 and only positive experiences. Here's why I keep coming back:
- they're good communicators, respond to texts and emails promptly, and tell me straight what's going on in a clear and specific way. (Not a mansplain in sight!)
- they always communicate pricing with me upfront, and if I need a part they will often tell me they're shopping around for me to make sure I get the best price.
- they let me know when it's time to get… my WoF etc.

- they seem to hire well: everyone who joins their budiness is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable.

- It's just super easy to do business with them."

"Been using Auto Services Newmarket four years now. As a solo mother with an old car they have looked after me and helped to keep my old car running well and keeping it safe!! They are excellent mechanics, I trust them implicitly and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have also been servicing my elderly mothers car and my ex husbands car and we’ve found them to be honest, reliable, trustworthy and excellent mechanics. They keep all our cars running well and safe. They are really friendly to… deal with and great at explaining mechanical problem so even I can understand. Jeremy knows I’m on a limited budget and prioritises what has to be done to keep me safe and tells me what I might need to think about in 6 months time. I often pop by to ask questions and they’re always very approachable and helpful. Jeremy has saved me a lot of money over the years. Pricing is very competitive and I really can’t recommend them more highly! I am so grateful to my friend who recommended Auto Services Newmarket In the first instance as Excellent mechanics who are honest and reliable. Try them out - you won’t regret it! They’re AMAZING!!"

"I have been taking my Toyota Corolla for about 7 years now to the boys at AutoServices. I always have terrific service. They let me know what does and doesn't need doing - yes they do say what doesn't need to be done! I trust them with my car as their knowledge is very good as well as the money I spend with them. "I've been a customer of Auto Services for over two years now. I've found these guys to be honest, even in situations where other businesses would not have. Of course some surprises occur when you take your car in to a mechanic and they find another problem. When these guys do find unexpected issue it is because they are thorough and it's reflection of their professionalism. "Recently my 4WD Hilux had an issue with the front differential oil leaking into the wheel bearings, among other issues that had built up over time which needed to be fixed for it's WOF. I took it down to Auto Services Newmarket? who thoroughly looked it over, and quoted a price well below the price quoted by other mechanics in the area. There were little bits and pieces which needed replacing after they started, but Isaac kept me well informed along the way. I was able to pick up my toy… yesterday, I'm very pleased. Thank -you!"

"Excellent! Quick contact from an online request, easy drop off and excellent communication. They rang me with the result of the inspection with what the problem was and with a clear indication of price and timelines involved.
The job was completed well before the indicated timeline and when my wife went in to pick up the car, they were courteous, the price charged was within the quoted amount and they showed her the part that was at fault with a demonstration of the issue.
We are very… satisfied with the experience and the immediate result of the repair was evident from the first drive (broken transmission mount).

We have no hesitation in recommending this business and we will be long term customers."

"These guys were great to deal with. Quite often mechanics \"talk down\" to women if they even bother explaining what the car\'s problems are. Absolutely no problems in that regard, they took the time to explain to a VERY non-mechanically minded person what the issue was and what they needed to do to fix it.
I got a few quotes for one problem that I had - Auto Services gave me the best quote, stuck to it (nice to not have any \"hidden surprises\" when it comes to price)… and my car has never run better. They are the first mechanics that I\'ve ever come across that I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to other people."

"These guys were very polite,experianced and great at communicating. Any vehicle i bring through they always do a great job. They provided me with great service, at a reasonably price and always went the extra mile on my vehicle. I have never found a mechanics that will do so much for a customer without ripping them off, but Auto services are completely different. They even spent time with me explaining what needs to be done and keeping me up to date with information that is useful to know about… my vehicle. I would highly recommend these guys and i will use them and only them in the future!"

Jeremy is extremely helpful. their service is very quick and accurate. the most important is their quality is outstanding. they gave me honest opinon on what i need to do with my car. and also their price is very reasonable, not like some other company trying to ripe you off by doing extra work.

"Carried out my car\'s regular WOF check at this shop today, all I can say is I am absolutely blown away with the service I received. Not only they spend their time checking out my car thoroughly but also provided some nice services that you don\'t normally get from other WOF places such as checking all my tyre pressure and pumping up the tires as required. The blokes are really friendly and easy to deal with. The most important thing of all their charge is fair and honest, there is no hidden… costs or surprises at the end of the service. Highly recommended!!!"

"Isaac and Jeremy are really great guys and they really know there cars. I have been going to them for about 3 years now and I have never had any issues. They are always friendly and always willing to help, whether it is offering to lend you a car when yours is in their workshop or by other means.
They always keep me updated and let me know if something else has come up that might also need looking at and they always ask me if it\'s ok for them to have a look at it and fix it, which is really… good."
