    "It was a pleasure to be in contact with Barry and his son. One of the sub-contractors did not appear as scheduled, and another subcontractor was more expensive than expected. Barry found a solution for everything (quickly arranged for another subcontractor, saved us money where possible, and he and his son have the skills and the enthusiasm to provide a high-quality building job).
